How long does it take to set up a new account?
|
|
|
After we have completed your order via online processing or over the phone, your account will be created within 72 hours (within 48 hours if you already have a domain name).
|
|
Do you place any restrictions on content?
|
|
|
Yes. Although SteeleTech acts as a common carrier and does not inspect, rate, or censor the content of its customers' web sites, once we are informed about problematic content, SteeleTech's management reserves the right to deny service. Basically, don't abuse the system and don't break American law, or your account will be immediately terminated.

How does the billing process work?
|
|
|
There are three ways you can pay for your account: Check, Money Order or Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Your account is not activated until we receive payment for the first month of hosting.
|
|
Can I switch plans once I've paid?
|
|
|
Yes. You may change plans at anytime, and your old account balance will be credited to your new account.
